1. Cold-Chain Logistics
Many of our biochemical reference materials are sensitive to temperature degradation. We employ rigorous cold-chain logistics, including dry ice or specialized gel packs, to ensure molecular stability during transit.
2. Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Specialized or bulk synthesis requests may require additional lead times as communicated during the order process.
3. Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of analytical-grade biochemicals and strict chain-of-custody requirements, we generally do not accept returns. If a product arrives damaged, compromised, or fails to meet the specifications outlined in its Certificate of Analysis (CoA), you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt.
4. Quality Assurance Replacement
In the event of a verified quality issue, we will, at our discretion, replace the material or issue a credit. We may require the return of the compromised material for our own internal QA analysis.
