These terms govern your purchase and use of our analytical-grade biochemical reference materials. 2. Intended Use All materials are sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical use only. They are NOT for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, injection, ingestion, or administration. The Purchaser assumes all responsibility for the proper handling and application of these materials. 3. Purchaser Qualifications We reserve the right to require proof of institutional affiliation, laboratory registration, or other documentation to verify the Purchaser's qualifications before fulfilling any order. 4. Pricing and Payment All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order unless prior credit arrangements have been established. 5. Limitation of Liability Arizona Research Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the handling, use, or inability to use our products.
